Ranked #1 - Lansvale, NSW, 2166 - properties have been selling at 47.83% above the list prices
Ranked #2 - Canley Heights, NSW, 2166 - properties have been selling at 43.81% above the list prices
Ranked #4 - Oaklands Park, SA, 5046 - properties have been selling at 40.89% above the list prices
Ranked #6 - Balmain East, NSW, 2041 - properties have been selling at 36.54% above the list prices
Ranked #8 - Vaucluse, NSW, 2030 - properties have been selling at 35.36% above the list prices
It seems that a number of premium locations in Sydney have made the Top 10 for October, including Vaucluse and Balmain East.
