The suburbs we will be looking at are Zuccoli, Gunn, Bellamack, Durack, Woodroffe.

Comments - fast growing and popular suburb of Darwin, well priced with good rental yields.
Bellamack
Median Price - $622.550
Rental Yield - 5.27%

Population - 2,419
Comments - well established suburb in a vibrant and diverse community. Relatively affordable price point and solid rental yields.
Durack
Median Price - $570,000
Rental Yield - 5.28%
Vendor Discount Rate - houses are selling at 3% below list prices
Population - 3,746
Comments - great amenities and one of the best rated suburbs in the Palmerston area. Affordable and providing solid rental yield.
Woodroffe
Median Price - $465,000
Rental Yield - 5.28%
Vendor Discount Rate - houses are selling at 7% below list prices
Population - 3,176
Comments - well priced and relatively positively reviewed suburb by residents. Approx 22kms from Darwin.
