Great to be back at the Property Investors & Developers Meetup on Thursday evening at Club Parramatta.
It was fantastic catching up with familiar faces and meeting a number of new investors and developers to hear what they’ve been working on in the current market. The venue itself is a great choice - spacious, relaxed, with excellent bar and dining options - making it ideal for networking and conversation.
A key theme across the night was the continued impact of rising interest rates. Many attendees shared that they are currently holding their positions and delaying further acquisitions, given the broader economic uncertainty and, in many cases, having reached borrowing capacity limits.
