PropertyDirector offers a free 7-day trial, however our platform is based on a paid subscription model. We provide a 3-tier plan, made up of a Basic plan, Essential plan, and Professional plan. Our 7-day trial provides you with access to our Basic plan, which includes our digital book keeping system, portfolio tracking, portfolio reporting, and forecasting tools.

We incur significant costs for the ongoing operation of PropertyDirector.com.au, including costs for giving our subscribers access to high quality property data from top-tier data suppliers. We are a professional team made up of web and mobile developers, graphics designers, support/maintenance teams and more. Our business is primarily a subscription based model, which enables us to operate, and continue providing high quality services for Australian property investors.
