Vacancy Rates in Melbourne Marginally Up

A few days ago we posted vacancy rates for suburbs across different areas in Sydney.


To follow on from that see below vacancy rates in 6 locations across different areas of Melbourne.


As can be seen, vacancy rates have increased in all areas based on this latest data.


3021 - Saint Albans (Melbourne North West) - vacancy rates increased from 0.33% in Q1 (March 2024) to 0.61% in Q2 (June 2024).

3030 - Werribee (South West Melbourne) - vacancy rates increased from 1.12% in Q1 (March 2024) to 1.48% in Q2 (June 2024).

3000 - Melbourne (Central Business District) - vacancy rates increased from 3.04% in Q1 (in March 2024) to 3.83% in Q2 (June 2024).

3064 - Craigieburn (Melbourne North) - vacancy rates increased from 1.12% in Q1 (March 2024) to 1.53% in Q2 (June 2024).

3095 - Eltham (Melbourne North East) - vacancy rates increased from 0.51% in Q1 (March 2024) to 0.52% in Q2 (June 2024).

3175 - Dandenong (Melbourne South East) - vacancy rates increased from 0.56% in Q1 (March 2024) to 0.69% in Q2 (June 2024).
