Auction clearance rates in Sydney remain strong as we approach spring - as shown in the latest Saturday auction sales data below, Sydney auction clearance rates are 69%, close to the 72% clearance rate at exactly the same time last year.
Given the high interest rates and cost of living, these are strong sales results in the current climate, and it will be interesting to see how things unfold as we move into August and September.
