Realestate.com.au recently released the Top 100 suburbs being tipped for growth in 2026 - https://www.realestate.com.au/news/hot-100-suburbs-for-2026-experts-predict-the-next-property-hotspots/.


Out of the 100, 25 suburbs were in NSW, 22 in VIC, 17 in QLD, 9 in SA, 9 in WA, 8 in TAS, 5 in ACT, 5 in NT.
