PropertyDirector has developed a number of in-built smarts, including ability to bulk update and replicate transactions as part of the digital bookkeeping system used by investors.
Our platform allows multiple transactions to be updated simultaneously at the click of a button. Lets say the rent has increased for one of your investment properties - the user simply needs to specify the date the rental increase will commence and apply this rental increase going forward up to a specified period when the next rental increase/review is due.
Users also have the ability to replicate transactions into the future. Investors often use this feature to apply the previous financial year's transaction pattern for the following financial year as it is often similar.
