A topic of discussion in this meet up was the interest rates situation, and the impact that continually rising interest rates will have across different property portfolios - many people have fixed their rates and once the fixed rate period ends, investors may end up having to pay double the interest that are currently paying! This makes it essential to look ahead and play out different scenarios, and think through how you can handle these specific situations.
